STRENGTH FOR WHAT MATTERS
Stronger forthe lifeyou want.
You’re already active.
Make strength part of the picture.
The long walks. The weekends away. The everyday things you want to keep doing. Build a strength routine that fits your life, instead of building your life around the gym.
Meet SlowForce: an iPhone app in development for focused, machine-based slow-strength training.
Find your reason for strengthComing to iPhone. No release date announced.

YOUR LIFE IS THE REASON
Not a different
person.
A stronger you.
You don’t have to become a “gym person” to make strength part of your life.
Maybe you walk, take classes, or never miss your yoga session. But the strength machines still feel like someone else’s territory.
You’re not looking to live in the weight room. You want to feel more capable in the life you already enjoy. That’s the starting point for SlowForce.

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO STAY STRONG FOR?
More than a number
on a weight stack.
Carrying the shopping. Taking the stairs. Getting up from the floor. The small things are good reasons to build strength.
Take the trip.
Enjoy the long way round.
The walking holiday. The garden project. The weekend with family. Let the things you love be your reason to make room for strength.
Think beyond
the next workout.
Strength training can help you maintain muscle strength and everyday function as you age. Think of the routine as an investment in staying capable.
ADD STRENGTH. KEEP WHAT YOU LOVE.
Walking, cardio, and yoga all have a place. Strength training brings a different kind of work to the mix. You don’t need to give up the movement you enjoy to make room for it.
Why a mix of movement matters General exercise guidance from the National Institute on Aging, not a study of SlowForce.LESS GYM COMPLEXITY. MORE ROOM FOR LIFE.
A focused routine.
Not another full-time job.
SlowForce is being built around five core machine-based exercises, controlled movement, and a record you can return to. The aim is a routine you can understand and keep coming back to.
Let the app guide the pace, so you can put your attention on the movement instead of counting every second.
Bring back your previous weight, machine notes, and how the set felt, with a useful cue for the next session.
Planned app experience. SlowForce guides pacing and keeps records; it cannot check your form or replace a trainer.

A DIFFERENT PACE
Less rush.
More focus.
Slow strength is about controlled, unhurried movement. Explore the planned default rhythm: ten seconds lifting, ten seconds lowering.
You don’t need to exercise to try it. Press play and follow one cycle.
Interactive timing illustration only. Not an app screenshot or exercise instruction.
Pause whenever you like. No sound. No data saved.

A FEW THINGS YOU MAY BE WONDERING
Let’s make
it clearer.
Is SlowForce available now?
Not yet. The iPhone app is in development, and no release date has been announced. This website introduces the direction we’re building toward.
I’m new to strength machines. Is this for me?
SlowForce is being designed to make a machine-based routine easier to follow. It cannot assess your form or choose a safe load for you. Start with an introduction from qualified gym staff or a trainer, then use the app to support pacing and record keeping.
Can I keep my walks, yoga, and classes?
Absolutely. Strength training can complement aerobic and balance activities. SlowForce isn’t being built to replace everything else you enjoy.
Do I need equipment or a gym membership?
You’ll need access to suitable strength machines, whether at your gym or another equipped facility. SlowForce is not an equipment-free or at-home workout generator.
What does “slow strength” mean?
Deliberately controlled lifting and lowering, rather than rushing through repetitions. SlowForce’s planned default is ten seconds each way. Moving slowly does not replace correct setup, appropriate resistance, or good technique.
How does it help me keep improving?
The planned app brings your previous set back into view and offers a repeat, hold, or progress cue from what you logged. It is a record-based suggestion, not an assessment of your recovery or what your body can handle today.
YOUR REASON. YOUR ROUTINE.
More life.
More you.
Make room for the strength to keep doing what matters.
